Since Oregon's loss to Utah on Sept. 26, several college programs have reached out to Oregon commits in hopes of flipping them to their school.

No commit has had more schools contact him that four-star wide receiver Dillon Mitchell, who is from Memphis, Tenn. Mitchell has committed to Oregon; however, he held offers from Alabama, Georgia, Florida State, Auburn, Ohio State, Tennessee and others.

Since the loss to Utah, Mitchell says he's heard from just about everybody and the message has been the same: Oregon is on its way down.

"Since the Utah loss, it's been, 'Oregon got whooped. Do you want to go out there and get whooped?' It's been a lot of negative recruiting coming in saying that Oregon is down and they are going to keep being down," Mitchell explained, according to Andrew Nemec of The Oregonian.

Mitchell goes on to mention how these schools are trying to use 2014 Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota against the Ducks in recruiting.

"You might play, but you won't see your family," Mitchell said he's been told. "They are losing right now and they aren't going to have another quarterback like Marcus Mariota."

Welcome to college recruiting, folks.
