Malcolm Long threw two touchdown passes, Blake Erickson kicked three field goals and South Carolina State beat Morgan State 32-10 on Thursday night.

Asheton Jordan rushed for 88 yards and a score for the Bulldogs (8-2, 6-1 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), who led 24-10 at halftime.

David Brown had a 7-yard touchdown run in the second quarter for Morgan State (4-6, 3-4), which struggled on offense. The Bears finished with minus-17 yards rushing on 34 attempts, and just 154 yards overall.

Long completed 17 of 31 passes for 209 yards with one interception. He tossed a 47-yard touchdown pass to Tyler McDonald to make it 10-0 in the first quarter, and added a 37-yard TD pass to Thomas Williams with 10:27 left in the first half.
