Penn State interim coach Tom Bradley would like to get the Nittany Lions job on a permanent basis.

The longtime defensive coordinator took over for Joe Paterno after the Hall of Famer got fired by school trustees in the aftermath of child sex abuse charges against retired assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

Bradley said Tuesday he's not worried about the search but focusing on helping No. 20 Penn State win the Big Ten. The Nittany Lions face No. 15 Wisconsin on Saturday for a berth in the inaugural conference title game.

Bradley says he ''certainly would want the permanent job here,'' but if he doesn't get it he at least wants to look back and say he gave everything he had to help his team.
