Plenty of questions heading into summer, Tech's O-line just isn't one
Strong up front, the Texas Tech offense is primed to put up some fireworks in 2015.
Yes, a decision must be made on the quarterback. But who will protect that quarterback -- not to mention blast open holes for 1,000-yard rusher DeAndre Washington -- is not a question. In fact, it's probably the Red Raiders' biggest strength.
The offensive line is big and nasty and should be darn good.
Led by left tackle Le'Raven Clark, and NFL prospect, and left guard Alfredo Morales, the unit is veteran-laden. The lone non-returning starter is at right tackle. Justin Murphy appears to have taken the lead for that job over Poet Thomas, but whichever ultimately starts, both have been in Tech's system.
Heading into the summer, there's certainly plenty of questions for a team that went 4-8 last season. The offensive line just isn't one of them.
