Oregon WR Devon Allen will make track return this weekend

Oregon wide receiver Devon Allen is expected to make his return to track and field this weekend as the Ducks track team is schedule to participate in the Razorback Invitational, per The Register-Guard.

Allen has not competed since winning the 2014 U.S. championship title in the 110-meter hurdles. He is currently scheduled to participate in the men's 60-meter hurdles.

Allen tore his ACL on the first play of the 2015 Rose Bowl against Florida State. Allen played for the Ducks in 2015, but was clearly not 100-percent. He finished the season with nine catches for 94 yards.

Allen can still make the 2016 U.S. Olympic team if he must finish in the top three at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Ore in July.
