Oklahoma State has several reasons for optimism in 2016

Oklahoma State won 10 games this season and had a legitimate chance to make the College Football Playoff if it knocked off Oklahoma at home.

Unfortunately, the Cowboys were blown off the field in Bedlam, and the same thing happened against Ole Miss in the Sugar Bowl. Making a New Year's Six bowl is an accomplishment, but seeing a bit more fight would have been nice.

With that said, there is reason for optimism in Stillwater for 2016. Most of the offense returns, and while the Cowboys will lose Emmanuel Ogbah on the defensive line, there is still defensive talent in the Pokes' locker room.
