Oklahoma State D-coordinator Glenn Spencer interviews for UTSA coaching vacancy

BY foxsports • January 14, 2016

Oklahoma State could be losing one of its top assistant coaches.

Glenn Spencer, who was Oklahoma State's defensive coordinator this season, is reportedly in the mix to take over a UTSA, where Larry Coker was recently let go as head coach. FOX Sports' Bruce Feldman broke the news.

Spencer came to Stillwater in 2008, and has since been promoted to defensive coordinator. The Cowboys forced 28 takeaways this season, ranking ninth in the nation. Spencer would certainly be missed but wished well if he were to take the UTSA head gig.
