The same day Michigan picked up its highest-rated recruit yet for 2016, yet another under-the-radar prospect picked the Wolverines, too.

Josh Metellus, a two-star prospect from Pembroke Pines (Fla.) Flanagan, announced his choice Wednesday night after Ben Bredeson, a four-star offensive lineman from Hartland (Wisc.) Arrowhead, gave his pledge during the day at Michigan's camp.

Metellus is the sixth player to commit to Michigan as a result of head coach Jim Harbaugh's satellite tour across the country

He is the the third 2016 Michigan recruit from the state of Florida, and he told Scout.com he does not intend to be the last.

Metellus intends to convince Flanagan teammates Devin Gil and Devin Bush Jr. to join him in Ann Arbor.

“I think (Michigan) has a good chance because we all want to play together at the next level,” Metellus said. “I will tell them that Michigan is the place to be because of the new coaching staff in Coach Harbaugh and (defensive coordinator D.J.) Durkin and I really think Michigan will be one of the top five teams in the nation.”
