LSU OL Vadal Alexander addresses open letter to fan base
LSU offensive lineman Vadal Alexander has had an incredibly decorated four-year career in Baton Rouge for the Tigers.
He's started 45 of the 49 career games he's played in -- and has virtually been a staple along the offensive line for the duration of his time with Les Miles' program. Playing both guard and tackle, Alexander garnered all-conference honors in three of the four years he's played.
Without question, the Georgia native is likely headed towards a long career in the NFL.
Ahead of LSU's bowl game against Texas Tech on Tuesday, Alexander released a personalized letter to the LSU fans -- speaking about his time in college, as well as his gratitude towards the fan base.

"I want to say how incredibly blessed I have been to be able to represent LSU for four amazing years," said Alexander. "I have loved playing for you -- the best fans in college football. You are what makes wearing the purple and gold and playing for LSU so special."
Alexander then went on to praise his coaching staff and team. He offered one final sentiment -- which culminates a fantastic career.
"It's truly been an honor to wear the LSU jersey and I hope that me and my teammates have made you proud. I will always be an LSU Tiger and LSU will always be my home."
