LSU athlete Ronnie Feist will transfer to UTSA
On Thursday, LSU linebacker/fullback Ronnie Feist announced he will transfer for his senior year. Instead of playing for the Tigers, he will be eligible immediately as a graduate transfer at UT-San Antonio.
A former Rivals.com 3-star prospect, Feist played sparingly during his time in Baton Rouge. He will follow former LSU running backs coach Frank Wilson to UTSA.
Wilson had recently been named as the UTSA head coach. The link between the two individuals obviously led to the transfer.
Even with Feist departing, the Tigers have four fullbacks on their roster -- including J.D. Moore, Tony Upchurch, David Ducre, and Bry'Keithon Mouton. Incoming freshman Devin White could play at the position as well.
