Louisiana Tech's Ryan Allen wins Ray Guy Award

Louisiana Tech's Ryan Allen has won the Ray Guy Award as the nation's top punter.

The announcement was made during the College Football Awards show at Disney World. Auburn's Steven Clark and Oregon Jackson Rice were the other finalists.

Allen if the first Louisiana Tech player and first Western Athletic Conference punter to win the Guy Award.
