NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) A June trial date has been set for the third of four former Vanderbilt football players charged in the rape of an unconscious female student.

Brandon Banks' trial was set for June 19 during a Thursday hearing in Davidson County Criminal Court.

Banks would be the third former player to go to trial in the 2013 dorm room rape. He has pleaded not guilty to five counts of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.

Last week, Brandon Vandenburg was sentenced to 17 years in prison for his role in the rape.
