Johnny Manziel's agent fires back at new Texas coach
This is what happens when the NFL Draft is pushed back to May and college football coaches have down time after spring ball.
People say things on Twitter that aren't a big deal, except because nobody in the football world has much to do right now, they get more attention than they deserve.
So here we are with new Texas defensive coordinator Vance Bedford and the Johnny Manziel camp.
This past weekend, Bedford took to Twitter to offer some thoughts on Manziel, Texas A&M's former QB and a top prospect for this year's NFL Draft.
You decide whether they warranted the criticism Bedford received on Twitter after posting:
Seems rather tame, but Bedford still had to clarify them when fans reacted.
It was pretty much over, until Monday morning when none other than Erik Burkhardt, Manziel's agent, felt the need to enter the discussion:
@CoachBedfordUT has been in "All-American Conference" the last 4 yrs. I wish him luck. Better learn how to coach in a real conference.

We can't wait until Bedford responds to Burkhardt.
Actually, we really can. Please get here, NFL Draft and fall camp and anything involving actual football.
