Iowa sends most players to NFL in the last five years from B1G

BY foxsports • May 4, 2015

The Iowa Hawkeyes have earned a bit of a reputation in NFL circles for coaching up their players into viable NFL prospects.

Kirk Ferentz may be consistently on the hot seat in Iowa City, but the numbers don't lie when it comes to his ability to get his players in the NFL. According to ESPN.com, he has is tied with Ohio State with 22 players drafted over the last five years.

Iowa has also produced 10 NFL players that came into college that were two stars or below which is no small feat. Times are changing in Iowa's recruiting though, so it will be interesting to see how their reputation is affected moving forward.
