High school student helping shape vision of MSU recruiting class

Ever wonder about the source of some of those sharp designs Michigan State recruits have posted on social media lately?

They might not be coming from where you would think.

Matt Hoeppner of iSportsWeb.com reports a high school student in California who prefers to be known only as "Spartan Designs" has provided recruits with edited pictures and contributes to the @MSUDreamTeam16 Twitter account that is largely maintained by 2016 MSU verbal commitments Cam Chambers, Messiah deWeaver and Abdul Adams.

"My part is really reaching out to the athletes who they want me to, and designing or editing photos for the recruits, while the main three do all the talking and planning," the anonymous designer said.

So far, the combined effort appears to be working. With a big run of verbal commitments over the past month, Michigan State is trending toward the first top 10 class of Mark Dantonio's time as head coach of the Spartans.
