Four-star OL puts Miami in his top eight

The Miami Hurricanes football team got some much-needed good news over the weekend as four-star class of 2016 offensive lineman Marcus Tatum released his top-eight and the Hurricanes were on his list.

The ugly divorce between Hurricanes head coach Al Golden and offensive lineman Taylor Gadbois, who was dismissed from the program last week, has made for some negative headlines. However, Tatum's recent announcement should inject some sunshine back into the Hurricanes program.

The 6'6", 265-pound Tatum is listed as the 61st-best offensive tackle in the country by 247Sports and he included Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida, N.C. State, South Carolina and Tennessee in his top eight.
