Drake rallies in final minute to stun Jacksonville 31-27

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) Steven Doran caught a 17-yard touchdown pass from Grant Kraemer, the first of his career, with 16 seconds left and Drake rallied from a 10-point fourth quarter deficit to beat Jacksonville 31-27 on Saturday.

Drake (5-4, 4-2 Pioneer Football League) trailed 27-17 with 6:57 remaining after Jacksonville's Ulysses Bryant plunged in to the endzone from 4-yards out. The Bulldogs quickly rallied, cutting the deficit to 27-24 on a Kraemer 3-yard pass to Eric Saubert.

After Drake forced a punt on the ensuing drive, Kraemer led a 10-play, 79-yard march capped off by Doran's game winner.

Kraemer finished with 208 yards and three TDs. Conley Wilkins added 195 yards rushing and one score, his seventh straight 100-yard game, and Grant Menard finished with a career-high 142 yards receiving.

Rylan Wells led Jacksonville (4-4, 3-2) with 113 yards passing and a touchdown while adding 101 rushing.
