Clemson LB Blanks to enter the draft

Clemson strongside linebacker Travis Banks will look to make the leap to the next level as the redshirt junior told the media on Tuesday that he will enter the 2016 NFL Draft.

Banks has helped power the No. 1 Tigers to a 14-0 record and a trip the National Championship where Clemson will take on No. 2 Alabama (13-1) on Jan. 11.

On the season, the 6-1, 205-pound Banks has started 11 of Clemson’s 14 games and tallied 39 tackles and one sack.
