The Clemson football team will return home after a hard-fought win against Auburn. Here are the early betting lines for the match-up against Troy.

Home sweet home.

For the first since November of 2015-other than the spring game, we will see a Clemson football game in Death Valley.

The Tigers will return home victors after defeating the Auburn Tigers on the road down at Jordan-Hare Stadium to open the season.

Clemson football will turn its attention to the Troy Trojans- a team that defeated Austin Peay 57-17 last Saturday- and look to move to 2-0 on the young season.

Here is the early betting line for the Clemson vs. Troy game.

Opening Spread: Clemson -34

Over/Under: 61

This game opened with Clemson football as a 34-point favorite and since then has moved to 36 points by several different hotels and oddsmakers.

We will have a spread prediction on this one later in the week, but I do have to say that 34 points is a lot.

That means Clemson football would have to score a lot of points and the defense need to hold a pretty good offense to just a couple of touchdowns.

At the end of the day, I do believe that the Tigers could win by 34, but that is no guarantee. What is almost a guarantee, however, is the Over/Under.

I expect Clemson’s offense to fix its problems and score a lot of points against the Troy defense. 61 seems to be the lock of the week if you’re looking to take one or the other.
