AP Top 25 poll: Florida State returns to No. 1

Published Nov. 16, 2014 12:46 p.m. ET

After a month-plus of being at No. 2, Florida State climbed back atop this week's AP Top 25 poll courtesy of its come-from-behind win over Miami and Mississippi State's loss to Alabama.

The Bulldogs' loss leaves six teams with one loss. And with only four playoff bids to go around, it's all about resume building in the final weeks of this season.
