Will Clyburn hit three free throws in the final minute as Utah escaped with a 50-48 victory over struggling TCU on Tuesday night.

Utah's David Foster, who set the school record for career blocked shots in the first half, sealed the victory with a block of Hank Thorns in the final seconds.

Josh Watkins scored 14 points and J.J. O'Brien 13 as the Utes (13-15, 6-8 Mountain West Conference) won their third consecutive game.

TCU lost its 11th straight despite 13 points from Thorns and 12 from J.R. Cadot. The Horned Frogs (10-19) fell to 1-13 in conference play.

There were nine lead changes in the second half, and neither team led by more than two points over the final 13:53.

Foster, a 7-foot-3 junior, broke Luke Nevill's record of 205 blocks in the opening minutes. Foster's three blocks gave him 207.

Both teams struggled offensively, shooting 32 percent.
