Still leads Robert Morris over Hampton 62-48

TOWSON, Md. (AP) Isaiah Still scored 16 points with 3 of 6 3-pointers at the Barclays Center Classic on Friday night and Robert Morris beat Hampton 62-48 for its first win of the season.

Still's first 3-pointer sparked a 9-4 run and the Colonials shot 6 of 14 from long distance to lead 36-20 at halftime.

Brandon Burke converted a 3-point play and Robert Morris pulled ahead 45-24 in the second half and led by as many as 22 points. But the Colonials scored one point over the next seven and a half minutes and the Pirates closed to within 48-36 on Lawrence Cooks' two free throws.

Still made two free throws for a 59-48 lead with 26 seconds left and the Colonials won going away.

Aaron Tate scored 12 points and Kavon Stewart 11 for Robert Morris (1-5).

Branden Aughburns and Devon Oakley scored nine points each for the Pirates (1-4).
