Aaron Graham scored 16 points to lead Stetson over Savannah State 69-64 on Tuesday night.
The Hatters (2-3) also got 15 points from Ridge Graham, 11 from Tyshawn Patterson and 10 from Steve Forbes.
Jovonni Shuler had two 3-pointers to help the Tigers (1-7) close within 29-26 at halftime. But Stetson had hot shooting to start the second half. The Hatters made 10 of their first 13 shots after the break and led 51-43 with 6:36 to play.
Savannah State did not fade away, however. The Tigers got within four points twice in the last 21 seconds. Shuler had a three-point play to cut it to 66-62 and his last basket, a layup with 6 seconds left, made it 68-64.

Shuler finished with 32 points and Preston Blackmon added 16 for Savannah State.
