St. Bonaventure 69, Binghamton 44

DaQuan Cook scored 21 points and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds Sunday as St. Bonaventure ran away from Binghamton in the second half for a 69-44 victory.

The Bonnies (3-1) outscored Binghamton 20-0 over an 8:27 span of the second half to secure their third consecutive victory. Andrew Nicholson had 16 points while Ogo Adegboye made 3 of 4 3-pointers to finish with 13 points and a game-high six assists. Demitrius Conger added 10 points and eight rebounds for St. Bonaventure.

The Bearcats (1-2) stayed with St. Bonaventure in the first half, trailing only 24-23 at the break. But the same shooting woes that dogged them Wednesday in a lopsided loss against Bucknell came to light in the second half, when they were outscored 45-21.

Moussa Camara had 13 points and Chretien Lukasa added 12 for the Bearcats.
