Roosevelt Johnson had 28 points and 13 rebounds in his first career start to lead Southeastern Louisiana to a 111-67 victory over Dillard on Wednesday night.
Johnson set career highs in both categories to post his second double-double in the past three games. The Lions (4-1) have scored at least 90 points in three of their five games.
Trent Hutchin added 19 points for Southeastern Louisiana, which placed five players in double figures and won its 23rd consecutive nonconference home game and improved to 17-1 at home the past two seasons.
Johnson was 14 of 18 from the free-throw line.
David Ndoumba added a career-high 17 points, Brandon Fortenberry scored 13 points and Antonnio Benton finished with 10 points for the Lions.
Lance Bell led Dillard (4-4), a NAIA program, with 19 points. Lawrence Etah added 12 points and Myron McGowan had 11.
