GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) Fred Miller drilled three straight 3-pointers in just over a minute late in the first half to spark South Carolina-Upstate to a 63-46 win over North Carolina A&T Monday night.

Miller did not attempt another 3 the rest of the night and the Spartans (2-0) didn't need him to, pulling away steadily.

SC-Upstate took a 29-20 lead at intermission and outscored the Aggies 34-26 in the second half.

Ty Greene led SC-Upstate with 20 points, hitting 7 of 13 from the field and 4 of 7 from long range. Miller finished with 11 points.
