Saunders, Moundou-Missi lead Harvard past Penn 69-46

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) Wesley Saunders scored 15 points, Steve Moundou-Missi had 14 and Harvard kept pace with Yale at the top of the Ivy League standings with a 69-46 win over Penn on Friday.

Siyani Chambers had 10 points for the Crimson (18-5, 8-1), which won its sixth straight. Moundou-Missi also had seven rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block.

Harvard had a 14 point lead in the first half and settled for a 31-24 advantage at the break. Then the Crimson got hot. They made 14 of 23 field goals (61 percent), including both of their free throws and finished 14-16 at the foul line.

After the Quakers made a little run to get within six early in the second half, Harvard took control with a 12-0 run, with Jonah Travis and Moundou-Missi get four points apiece, for a 48-31 lead at the 9:17 mark.

Antonio Woods had 12 points for Penn (7-15, 2-6).
