Taevaunn Prince scored 16 points to lead four South Dakota State players in double figures, and the Jackrabbits beat Southwest Minnesota State 92-69 Tuesday night.

Nate Wolters scored 14 points, Tony Fiegen 11 and Zach Monaghan scored 10 for South Dakota State (7-3). Jordan Dykstra and Griffan Callahan both had nine points and six rebounds for the Jackrabbits, who had 10 players score.

Jordan Miller led all scorers with 18 points for the Mustangs (2-4), who play in Division II. Southwest Minnesota State led by six points five minutes into the game, but South Dakota State was up 41-30 by halftime and opened up a 30-point lead eight minutes into the second half.

Vinard Birch made all six of his shots and finished with 15 points for the Mustangs. Lavione West added 13 and Matt Zager scored 10.
