Brandon Riley scored 22 points to lead South Carolina State to a 90-75 win over Florida A&M on Monday night, snapping the Bulldogs' six-game losing streak.

South Carolina State (6-15, 2-6 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) led 43-34 at halftime and extended its lead to as many as 26, 80-54, in the second half before the Rattlers ended the game on a 21-10 run.

Presano Bell added 15 points and Carrio Bennett had 11 for the Bulldogs, who shot 56.9 percent from the field (33 of 58). Tyvon Williams and Westley Telafare each had 10 points. Williams also had 10 assists.

Amin Stevens and Avery Moore scored 19 apiece for Florida A&M (7-14, 2-6), which shot 50 percent in the second half (15 of 30). The Rattlers grabbed the first lead, 3-0, on a 3-pointer from Moore 15 seconds after tip-off.

The 90-point output from South Carolina State was its third-highest of the season.
