Richmond tops St Bonaventure on late shot, 64-62

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) Kendall Anthony's jumper with five seconds left lifted Richmond to a 64-62 come-from-behind win over St. Bonaventure Wednesday night.

Dion Wright pulled the Bonnies even with 3:40 left to play by converting two free throws and gave them the lead with a layup less than a minute later. Terry Allen answered with 1:32 to tie the score. Matthew Wright missed a 3-point attempt and Charlon Kloof missed a jumper for St. Bonaventure.

Anthony finished with 28 points to lead the Spiders, with Allen adding 14 and ShawnDre' Jones contributing 13. Richmond (15-8, 5-3 Atlantic 10) shot 39.6 percent from the floor (21 of 53) and was 7 of 17 from long range.

Matthew Wright scored 17 points and Youssou Ndoye added 15 points and seven rebounds for St. Bonaventure (13-9, 3-5), which was 21 of 52 from the field (40.4 percent) and outrebounded Richmond 38-29.
