Duwan Kornegay and Cortney Bell each recorded a double-double and Prairie View overwhelmed Ecclesia 90-65 on Saturday.
Kornegay finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds while Bell had 10 points and 11 rebounds. Jeff Wherry, Michael Griffin and Brandon Webb each added 11 points for the Panthers (2-8).
Phillip McCartney led Ecclesia (2-10) with 21 points, and Robert Valentine had 17.
Demondre Chapman hit a jumper with 11:26 left in the first half to give Prairie View a 22-11 advantage and the Panthers led by double digits the rest of the game.

Prairie View took a 49-32 lead into halftime and pushed its advantage to as many as 25.
