Robert Martinez scored 29 points and hit a 3-pointer with 1 second left in overtime to give Our Lady of the Lake a 127-126 win over Texas State on Wednesday after the Saints blew a huge halftime lead.

Ryan White had put Texas State up 126-124, hitting 6 of 8 free throws in the final 51 seconds of the game.

The two misses wound up hurting the Bobcats, who called time-out with 3 second left to set their defense only to see Martinez hit his fourth 3-pointer to give the Saints a big win in their second season in the NAIA.

Our Lady of the Lake (3-1) had a 55-35 halftime lead. The Bobcats (2-2) climbed back into it behind seven players in double figures. White led the team with 21 points and Tony Bishop added 20.

Dionelle Rucker also scored 29 points for the Saints on 12 of 22 shooting.
