Cade Davis scored 22 points in his final home game and Oklahoma snapped an eight-game losing streak by beating Oklahoma State 64-61 Saturday in the Bedlam rivalry game.
Davis hit a pair of free throws in the final minute after the Cowboys (18-12, 6-10 Big 12) had pulled within two. Oklahoma State had one last shot at the tie, but Reger Dowell couldn't connect on a 3-pointer from the left wing in the closing seconds.
Davis grabbed the rebound and tossed the ball toward the rafters as the clock ran out.
Freshman Cameron Clark added 15 points and Steven Pledger scored 11 for Oklahoma (13-17, 5-11), which protected its home court in the rivalry for the seventh straight year.
