Patrick Mitchell had 22 points to lead five North Dakota players scoring in double figures in an 89-70 victory against South Dakota State on Thursday night.
Mitchell had six 3-pointers. Jamal Webb added 17 points and Aaron Anderson, Troy Huff and Jordan Allard had 12 each for the Fighting Sioux (5-5).
Nate Wolters scored 24 points, Chad White 16 and Tony Fiegen 10 for the Jackrabbits (9-4).
Huff had four steals for North Dakota, which shot 58.6 percent (34 of 58) from the floor and never trailed.

South Dakota State got within 70-59 midway through the second half. However, Allard had seven points during a 13-4 Fighting Sioux run over the next 3:48 that pushed their lead to 20 points.
