Aaron Anderson scored 17 points to lead North Dakota to a 63-47 victory over Idaho State Monday night.
Jamal Webb had 15 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Fighting Sioux (2-0), who led 36-23 at the half and maintained a double-digit lead throughout the second half.
Idaho State (0-2) was coming off a four-point loss at Oklahoma on Friday. But the Bengals made just five field goals before the break. They also struggled at the free-throw line throughout, making just 14 of 27 attempts.
Andre Hatchett scored 11 points and Jakub Kusmieruk 10 for Idaho State.
