PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas (AP) Donovan Mitchell scored all 17 of his points after halftime to help No. 10 Louisville hold off Old Dominion 68-62 in overtime in Wednesday's final game of the first day at the Battle 4 Atlantis.

Mitchell put Louisville ahead for good with a long 3-pointer to start the extra period and came up with several key plays that helped the Cardinals (4-0) advance on a night they struggled to knock down much of anything. Louisville finished the game shooting 30 percent.

Quentin Snider scored 18 points to lead the Cardinals, while Mangok Mathiang nearly won it in regulation for Louisville with an inside basket with 14.4 seconds left.

Brandan Stith scored 20 points, including a putback with 6.3 seconds left to answer Mathiang and force overtime for the Monarchs (2-1). Old Dominion shot just 38 percent, but hurt its chances most by missing 17 of 32 free throws.
