NJ Tech beats Cobleskill 78-40

Chris Flores scored 17 points to lead New Jersey Tech in its 78-40 win over SUNY-Cobleskill on Thursday night. Isaiah Wilkerson scored 12 points for the Highlanders, and Drejon Scott added 10. P.J. Miller chipped in six assists and four steals. The Highlanders (3-4) held Division III Cobleskill (1-6) scoreless for more than 6 minutes in the first half. During that period, the Highlanders turned a three-point deficit into an 11-point lead. New Jersey Tech led at the half 31-19, and opened the second frame on an 11-0 run as it held Cobleskill scoreless for the first 6:49 of the half. The Highlanders scored 39 points off of 28 turnovers. Haneef Scott came off the bench to score 13 points for Cobleskill, which faced a Division I team for the first time in school history.
