Sek Henry scored seven of his 21 points in the second overtime and Nebraska ended a seven-game losing streak with an 83-79 victory over Texas Tech that put a dent in the Red Raiders' NIT hopes on Saturday.
Henry hit a jumper and 3-pointer to break a 73-73 tie, then made two free throws to put the Huskers (14-15, 2-12 Big 12) up 80-76. Lance Jeter made three of four free throws in the last 44 seconds to hold off the Red Raiders.
Nick Okorie scored 28 points, Brad Reese 19 and John Roberson 15 for Tech (16-12, 4-10), which lost its fifth straight.
Brandon Richardson added 15 points, Brandon Ubel 14 and Ryan Anderson 12 for the Huskers.
