Michael Tveidt scored 17 points and Taylor Braun had a double-double Friday night to lead North Dakota State to an 84-61 victory over South Dakota State.

Tveidt hit three 3-pointers and Braun had 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Bison (14-14, 8-10 Summit League), who broke a three-game losing streak. Marshall Bjorklund added 14 points and Mike Felt 12 on four 3-pointers.

Nate Wolters led the Jackrabbits (18-11, 10-8) with 14 points but made only 2 of 13 shots. Jordan Dykstra scored 12 and Brayden Carlson 11 for South Dakota State, which was outshot 50 percent (30 of 60) to 32.8 percent (19 of 58).

The Bison, who beat the Jackrabbits for the 10th straight time, also held a 48-30 rebounding edge and made 8 of 17 3-pointers.

Trailing 2-0, the Bison ran off 19 in a row. The lead peaked at 64-36 midway through the second half.
