Isacc Miles scored 13 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 11 assists to lead Murray State past Tennessee-Martin 74-59 on Monday night. Tennessee Martin (19-8, 12-4 Ohio Valley Conference), which opened the game with an 8-0 lead, had a 28-27 advantage with 2:28 left in the first half. Murray State then scored 13 unanswered points to lead 40-28 at halftime, sparked by six points from Ivan Aska. The Racers (16-11, 10-6) led by 70-52 on a free throw by Aska with 1:50 left to play. Aska had 23 points and 11 rebounds, Danero Thomas scored 15 points and Tyler Holloway added 13 for Murray State. Tennessee-Martin was led by Lester Hudson and Benzor Simmons with 15 points each. Marquis Weddle chipped in 10 points for the Skyhawks, who shot 36.9 percent from the field (24 of 65), while hitting 8.3 percent from 3-point range (2-for-24).
