Mullins' 17 points leads Columbia past Dartmouth, 73-54

NEW YORK (AP) Grant Mullins scored 17 points and Columbia cruised to a 73-54 win over Dartmouth Saturday night.

The Lions (19-8, 8-2) remain in third place in the Ivy League standings, a game back of second-place Princeton.

Columbia lead by four at intermission, 32-28, and the Green Wave cut the deficit to two, 32-30 less than a minute into the second half. Luke Petrasek made a 3-pointer and Maodo Lo hit back-to-back layups and pushed the lead to nine points.

Lo scored 14 points and Petrasek added another 11 to help lead Columbia, which shot 44.4 percent from the field (24 of 54), including 9 of 29 from beyond the arc (31 percent).

Freshman Evan Boudreaux, who came into the game averaging 17.7 points per game, scored 16 points on 5-of-18 shooting to lead the Big Green (9-15, 3-7). Miles Wright added 13 points.
