Robert Boyd scored 20 points, leading five Lipscomb players in double figures in a 103-78 victory over Stillman College on Monday night.

Adnan Hodzic contributed 19 points and Josh Slater had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Bisons (1-1), who bounced back from a season-opening loss to eighth-ranked North Carolina.

Lee Riley scored 21 points, Rakee Anderson 17 and LaJay Sears 16 for the Tigers, a Division II team playing their opener.

Lipscomb used a 17-5 burst to open a 33-15 lead with 10:36 left in the first half. Slater and Michael Teller each hit a pair of 3-pointers during that run. The Bisons never led by fewer than 21 points in the second half.

Hodzic scored in double figures for the 59th consecutive game for Lipscomb and Jordan Burgason hit a 3-pointer for the 38th straight game, making 1 of 4.
