C.J. McCollum scored 21 points and Gabe Knutson finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead Lehigh past Pennsylvania 73-66 Tuesday night in nonconference action.

Mackey McKnight added 15 points, and Holden Greiner chipped in with 13 points and four blocks for Lehigh (3-2).

Trailing 33-32 early in the second half following a Fran Dougherty dunk, Lehigh would go on a 19-8 run to take the lead and control of the game.

After outshooting the Mountain Hawks in the first half, Penn (1-5) shot just 34.4 percent (11 for 32) in the second half, compared to Lehigh's 50 percent (11 for 22).

Lehigh also improved its inside scoring in the second half. While being outscored in the paint by Penn in the first half, the Mountain Hawks held a 20-14 advantage inside in the second half.

Dougherty finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Quakers.
