Kansas recruits Ben McLemore and Jamari Traylor have been cleared to enroll and attend classes. The Jayhawks are hoping for more good news about a third recruit, too.

Coach Bill Self said this week that the NCAA is still reviewing academic materials related to McLemore, Traylor and Braeden Anderson.

McLemore is a 6-foot-5 guard from St. Louis,. Traylor is 6-foot-7 forward from Chicago and Anderson is a 6-foot-8 forward from Calgary, Alberta.

The Jayhawks lost Markieff and Marcus Morris to the NBA last spring along with guard Josh Selby and Tyrel Reed and Brady Morningstar were seniors. That leaves point guard Tyshawn Taylor and forward Thomas Robinson as the only returning players who had significant roles in Kansas' seventh straight Big 12 regular-season championship.
