BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) A foot injury will keep Indiana's Noah Vonleh out of Sunday's game against No. 22 Ohio State.
Coach Tom Crean made the announcement on Twitter about 30 minutes before tip-off. Crean wrote that Vonleh had been diagnosed with foot inflammation but did not say which foot was causing Vonleh trouble. Vonleh, however, was wearing a boot on his left foot.
Vonleh is one of three Hoosiers averaging in double figures and leads the Big Ten with 9.1 rebounds per game. He is averaging 11.6 points.
Crean did not say who would start in Vonleh's place. Vonleh was dressed in a gray sweatsuit as his teammates went through pregame warm-ups.
