Keith Wright scored 15 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and Kyle Casey added 16 points as Harvard pulled away from Holy Cross 73-64 on Tuesday night.
After using a 6-0 run to tie it at 34 at halftime, the Crimson (2-0) opened the second half with a 9-2 run, with Wright hitting three baskets and Casey making his second 3-pointer.
Harvard shot 55.6 percent (15 of 27) in the second half and led by as many as 15, at 69-54, en route to its fourth straight win in the series.
Oliver McNally added 14 points for the Crimson, playing the first of six straight road games.
Harvard forced the Crusaders (0-2) into 21 turnovers, including a combined 13 from starting guards Devin Brown (17 points, seven turnovers) and Justin Burrell, who had six points.
Seven of Wright's rebounds were on the offensive boards, although Holy Cross outrebounded Harvard 28-24.
