Bobby Austin came off the bench for 20 points in Furman's 81-57 win over Presbyterian on Sunday in a nonconference game.

Charlie Reddick scored 16, Kendrec Ferrara 13 and Stephen Croone 10 for the Paladins, who led the entire game.

Furman (3-5) shot 34.5 percent (10 of 29) in the first half but maintained a 26-23 lead at the break. Presbyterian cut the deficit to two, 32-30, 2 minutes into the second half but Furman scored the next seven points to push its lead to 39-30.

Austin's fourth 3-pointer of the half put Furman up 81-55 with 38 seconds left to play. The 6-foot-3 senior had 12 points, three assists, two rebounds and a steal in the second half and Furman made 20 of 33 shots - including 12 3-pointers - to pull away.

Furman outrebounded Presbyterian (1-7) 40-24 and scored 16 second-chance points.

Joshua Clyburn scored 20 for Presbyterian.
