Steven Shepp scored a career-high 18 points to go with seven assists as Fresno State defeated Boise State 72-59 on Monday night.
Tyler Johnson and Jerry Brown added 12 points apiece for the Bulldogs (7-8), who won their third straight nonconference game.
Kenny Buckner led the Broncos (10-5) with 13 points off the bench. Boise State fell to 0-5 in road.
Fresno State used a 17-6 run to start the second half that extended a 31-26 halftime lead. Shepp and Johnson capped the surge with consecutive 3-pointers.
