Raymond Taylor scored 25 points, including 12 of Florida Atlantic's 14 points in the third overtime period, to help the Owls outlast Warner 106-99 on Thursday night.

Taylor was only 4-for-15 from the field, but 16-for-18 from the free throw line, including 8-for-8 in the final overtime for Florida Atlantic (4-3), which was playing after a nine-day break for exams.

Warner, an NAIA school, jumped out to a 19-6 lead and led 38-34 at halftime. The Royals led by seven late in the second half, but a Taylor 3-pointer put the Owls ahead 68-67 with 2:53 left.

Derell Henderson, who led Warner with 31 points and 11 rebounds, hit a free throw with 1:25 left and Taylor missed a 3-pointer with 1 second left in regulation.

Florida Atlantic's Greg Gantt missed the second of two free throws to force the second overtime and Dennis Bender's two foul shots for Warner prompted the third.
