HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) Darian Anderson scored the go-ahead basket with 25.1 seconds left in overtime and added two free throws to secure Fairleigh Dickinson's 86-82 win over St. Francis (Pa.) on Thursday night.

Anderson drove from near midcourt to the left elbow for the pull-up jumper that gave the Knights (10-10, 6-3 Northeast Conference) an 84-82 lead.

St. Francis' Malik Harmon drove and dished to Ronnie Drinnon who appeared to have an open layup. But Marques Townes swooped in from behind and blocked Drinnon's shot with seven seconds left. Anderson made both free throws at 3.6 seconds.

Fairleigh Dickinson led by as many as 12 in the first half. St. Francis (9-11, 5-4) closed the gap by halftime and the teams played a tightly-contested second half with a scoreless 1:39 leading into overtime.
